Jeff can currently be seen in the experimental short film Carnal Orient . This avant-garde music project is produced by Camille Mana and directed by filmmaker Mila Zuo, and features an exclusive, original score by co-director Angela Seo of the band Xiu Xiu. In a Lynchian world of garish imagery, a chef attempts to sate the appetites of a group of impatient guests. Suddenly, a beautiful, mysterious Asian woman arrives, inciting the guests’ appetites further. Jeff plays the Quirkiest of patrons in the film's nightmarish venue.
Since premiering at the prestigious Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, Carnal Orient has been engaging and disturbing filmgoers all over the world at the following festivals:
This award-winning feature from Safada y Sano Productions explores what happens when the search for enlightenment collides with agoraphobia... and a little paranoia. Jeff plays a "Fragile Man" seeking guidance from the film's even more fragile protagonist in this quirky new age comedy.
Aguruphobia was featured among the best in Latino world cinema at the XicanIndie Film Festival in Denver, where writer-producer-star Jade Puga won the award for Best Female Actor and Carlos Ramirez won Best Supporting Actor! This came right on the heels of its world premiere in New York City at the Viva Latino Film Festival NYC International, where it won the award for Best Comedy! Jeff guest stars as a creepy 19th century clown in Season 1 Episode 3 of this horror web series! In this episode, titled "The Duo", the frontman of an underground fighting ring exploits his young employee only to be terrorized by an old friend.
Written & directed by creator Leah Myette, this suspenseful series takes place in a haunted hotel that preys on the vulnerabilities of the guests, ultimately revealing that many of them have been there before.
Jeff most recently appeared on stage at the Whitefire Theatre in a Special Limited Engagement of Bono and The Edge Waiting for Godomino's, following up on its world premiere a few months earlier at the 2017 Hollywood Fringe Festival! In this parody of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot, the script was flipped as Bono, wracked with guilt over his own success and fear of having lost touch with his working class roots, orders a pizza delivery to his castle in the hopes of conversing with the delivery person about living a “real life.”
Jeff played Lucky (incidentally, the only character name maintained from Waiting for Godot) in this deep comedy that skewered celebrity culture, blind faith, and pretentious theater.
